As an administrator, ensuring that you have accurate player information is crucial during your registration period. With that in mind, we’ve created a simple feature that will ensure that all your player data is as up-to-date and accurate as possible:
With each submitted form, you’ll be able to go into the results area and edit the submitted results as needed.
So for example, if one of your members registered for your league and submitted their form online, then realized they forgot to enter their birthday, you’ll be able to update their registration info as needed. It’s simple, but effective!
1) Go to you results Settings/Form Manager and access the Results of a particular form:
2) You’ll find the Edit option for each of your submitted results at the very right-hand side of your results area – use the scroll bar if needed:
3) This will bring you to the Edit Mode of the submitted form. Simply edit the form fields as needed and hit the Update button at the bottom of the screen:
Another great application for editable forms is if you want to create a few admin only fields that you can go in and update after a form is submitted.
Looking for way a to keep track of who’s paid their registration fees or not ? Create admin only fields on your form and update the payment status of any of your members.
So for example, try creating an Admin Only section at the end of your form with Admin Only Fields – it’s a great way to add any additional information that will help you better manage your player registrations and data.
