Getting Started on Teampages: Stats

The stats section is the one section where you cannot directly edit it from the section. This section is solely for viewing purposes and to edit a player’s stat, you will need to do so from the Scoreboard. Currently the stats section is only available for baseball, basketball, flag football, football, ice hockey, lacrosse, soccer, softball and volleyball.

If you need stats for any other sport, feel free to send us an email with what stats you’d like to see and we’d love to add it!

To edit stats:
1. Head into the scoreboard, and click the edit stats link on the games you’d like to enter for. You are able to enter stats only for games that have already occurred.

2. You are only able to add stats for the players who have attended the game. Be sure to check off the box or else you won’t be able to edit.

To edit what type of stats you see:
Head into your Teampage settings and click on Statistics Tracking. This section allows you to choose which stats is important for your team and players.

  1. Hi there,

I have a question about Goalie stats. Can you tell me what is Shots against (SA) really means? Is it the number of shot the opponent team goalie made or it is the number of saves + the numbers of goals done? If it’s the second term, then should this taken care automatically when we enter the score of the game and the save the goalie as done? For now, we have negative GAA, I am a little confuse with the terms. Also, in our scoard sheet we do have both team goalie saves, is Shots Against is not the save the oppenent goalie did then what it is? I hope it’s not the shot per players since we don’t track those.

    • Hi Fredric,

Shots Against is the total number of shots on goal that a goalie faces in a game, and is used to calculate the Goals Against Average. The way we calculate GAA is SA(shots against)-S(saves) averaged per game.

Thanks, Fredric! Drop us an email @ should you have any further questions on stats or how GAA is calculated.

  2. Is it possible to allow players/parents to see only their own (or own players’) stats or can all stats be seen by everyone?

    • Hi Mike,

If you’re the team administrator, you can use your Privacy Settings to restrict your stats to Team Members only (parents/players), that is if you don’t want this open to the general public.
