Creating events through our website allows you to send notifications about new events, reminders about upcoming events, notify players about cancelled events and track the attendance of team members.
When creating an event, you have 3 options: creating multiple events at a time, creating one single event or creating recurring events.

Editing Recurring Events:
You can choose to edit either the Parent event which will reflect on the entire series, or you can edit the Child event which will only on that one day.

1. In our sample here, the recurring event occurs ever Wednesday from November 3rd to December 1st. To edit the parent event, click on any one of these events in the recurring series.

calendar11

2. Click on the edit link in the details section. If you click on the edit link on the right hand side, that will only edit for this day, not the entire series.

calendar12

3. To edit only one day of the entire series, click the edit link on the right hand side.

Notes:

  • Only Games will show in the scoreboard.

calendar8

  • Event creator will not be emailed about an event created
  • If you’ve made edits to a child event in a recurring series and then make an edit to the parent of the series, you will lose the changes in the child event.
  • Remember to input the correct timezone as many users have problems with timezone issues when managing their team because they forget to input it here

  1. When I create an event, the event input field is not being remembered. So, if I enter an event name and submit and then edit the event, the event name is no longer there. Please Advise.
