Temporary Site Outage


We apologize for the temporary site outage that occurred the night before last.  The problem was with our DNS server configuration while we switched over some of our email settings.  As soon as the problem was caught (thanks to everyone who called, emailed and messaged us with the heads up), our IT group worked as quickly as they could to get it back up.  We apologize for any inconvenience it caused.

  1. Is the site still down, same thing or different problem? I can get to my team front page, but if I try to go to calendar, roster, most anything, I get the following error:

    Status: 500 Internal Server Error Content-Type: text/html
    500 Internal Server Error

  2. Our technical team was back at it (on a Saturday of all days) this morning to fix this specific error. Turns out that although the site was accessible when users were signing in through http://www.teampages.com, logins through team sub-domains weren’t working. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, and we’re fairly certain this issue is behind us now.
